The residence is an example of the constant conflict between the desire for more living space in small urban residential sites with the need for green surroundings. The project addresses the issue through its plan organization that leaves more than mandatory setback along the longer side of the site to be converted into a family garden in the upper level. The concept of large windows create constant contact between indoors and outdoors.
